Ingredient

• 250 g Jireh Foods Salted butter, soft

• Orange Marmalade

• Mixed roasted nuts

• Dried cranberries

• Orange zest

Whip the butter until light and a pale-yellow colour. Smearthe butter onto a wooden board. Add toppings as desired.
